Welcome to UnSpoken. By creating an account or using our application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. About UnSpoken

UnSpoken is an anonymous text-based social platform where users can freely express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without revealing their personal identity. Users can publish text posts, comment, like posts, and communicate through anonymous private messaging.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your country or region to use UnSpoken. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Anonymous Community

UnSpoken is designed to protect user identity. Users should not attempt to discover, expose, or share another user's personal identity. Any attempt to violate another user's privacy may result in account restrictions or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UnSpoken to:

7. User Content

You remain the owner of the content you create. However, by posting content on UnSpoken, you grant us permission to display, store, and process your content solely for operating and improving the platform.

Only text content is supported. Uploading images, videos, or audio content is not available within the application.

8. Reports and Blocking

Users may report posts or conversations that violate these Terms. Users may also block others to prevent unwanted interactions. We reserve the right to review reports and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to keep UnSpoken available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Free Service

UnSpoken is free to download and use. To help support the ongoing development, maintenance, and operation of the platform, the application may display advertisements provided by trusted third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

UnSpoken does not currently offer paid subscriptions or require in-app purchases to access its core features. Any advertisements displayed are intended to help keep the service available to users at no cost.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, attempt to compromise platform security, or engage in illegal activities.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. UnSpoken does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for opinions, statements, or actions shared by users on the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
